What Creating Life Owns

The original writing, analysis, structure, examples, diagrams, and synthesis contained in the Creating Work Library are the intellectual property of Creating Life. This is a proprietary resource collection, and unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this original content constitutes infringement.

What We Reference, Not Own

Where our guides discuss third-party frameworks, models, methodologies, or registered trademarks, those frameworks remain associated with their respective creators or rights holders. They are referenced solely for educational, commentary, and comparative purposes. No endorsement, sponsorship, certification, affiliation, or partnership with Creating Life is expressed or implied.

Where a guide's title itself names a framework (for example, "The ADKAR Model: A Complete Guide"), that guide is our original explanation, analysis, and application of the framework — not a reproduction of the framework owner's own materials, and not an officially affiliated or certified product. Readers seeking official certification or authoritative source material should consult the issuing organization directly.

Author Credentials

Amber Howard holds the PMP® (Project Management Professional), CBAP® (Certified Business Analysis Professional), and CMP (Change Management Practitioner) credentials, awarded respectively by the Project Management Institute, the International Institute of Business Analysis, and APMG International. These credentials reflect Amber's own qualifications and are not an endorsement of Creating Life or the Creating Work Library by either organization.

While the underlying principles are offered in that spirit, the original books, curricula, guides, artwork, educational materials, software, and creative works developed by Creating Life are protected by copyright. The names, logos, product names, and certification titles that identify Creating Life exist to preserve the integrity of the work and may not be used in ways that imply affiliation, endorsement, or certification without permission.
